Having had nothing but prior disappointment in dealing with the real estate market to date (Maree was my third agent I tried for my sale), I was so pleased to have found out about Maree. Her communication skills, enthusiasm and honesty are exemplary and though I didn't get the price I wanted, I trusted her judgement the whole way and accepted that she was giving the right advice at the right time. It is a 'one of a kind' feeling to have trust in your real estate agent. To know she has your best interests at heart and capable of managing the process. Maree has exceptional communication and negotiation skills - at the end of the sale she had successfully sold my property, gained respect from the buyer. Additionally, the tenant of my property also referred her to someone wanting to sell their property!!!! Now that speaks 1000 words!.

If you want your house sold quickly, speak to Maree our house was sold within a week! It was advertised on Wednesday, Saturday was the first open inspection and by Monday there was a contract. With her down to earth nature we felt comfortable the whole time, she took the time out to listen to what we needed and then worked quickly, negotiating with the buyer to set particular conditions so we were both happy.

I interviewed 5 agents. Two agents never bothered to call me back and the other two spend more time trying to convince about how much my house was NOT worth than how they would get me the best result. Maree was the only one that a clear strategy and the ability to convince me I would get the best result with her. As it turns out, I did. Maree did everything she promised (yes, really) and nothing she should not have (yes, really). The communication and feedback was great as was her effort and enthusiasm for the process and sale.
