Agent fulfilled our hopes

Hocking Stuart in Glen Iris had been our agent for the rental of our home unit for nearly 25 years. They did a good job, and we were confident they would do a good job when it came to selling the unit. We left all arrangements to Margot Dawson - from arranging the re-painting, re-carpeting and the setting up of the unit with appropriate furniture for the auction. We were kept abreast of the results of all open inspections. However, we were delighted with the extra effort that Margot put to in the marketing of the unit. Her attention to detail and her efforts in keeping in contact with prospective purchasers was outstanding, and the result was an excellent turnout of interested parties for a competitive auction which was reflected in an excellent price.
