Margrit Sedlacek

Margrit was a great agent. She went the extra distance in every respect. I bought my apartment during lockdown when it was difficult to do inspections and everything was running slow. Margrit made sure I saw the place, there were no delays with the contract getting to the solicitor and that the price was fair. She always returned my calls and even wrote to the body corporate to answer my inquiries. I would highly recommend her.

We appreciated Margrit finding a property for us. She approached us after she'd seen us bidding at a few auctions and asked what we were looking for and found us a property that suits us perfectly. She was extremely accommodating especially considering settlement happened around the same time as lockdown started.

We bought the property recently. Even though she was sellers Agent but always helped us in resolving our queries. When we had issues with our solicitor who is not ready to settle before deadline and giving misleading reasons by pointing on bank or other times on seller solicitor, she really helped us in settlement of the property by facilitating the communication between both side solicitors. I would highly recommend her to anyone and specifically if you are new in property market and doesn’t have any experience. When thing’s goes wrong or unluckily you end up hiring bad solicitor, it is always good to have someone who’s is experienced and helpful as Margrit.

Consequently she was always clear, concise and appropriate with her assessments and advice. Margrit also assisted with our downsize, move and sale by recommending a number of support services who were also fantastic.
