Andy was terrific to work with. He gave advice on price in-line with our expectations, but most importantly on marketing and the areas worth spending a small amount on in advance. His referrals to contractors were great practical people. While there is some luck getting sufficient people through the door to do well at auction, his advice certainly helped increase the chances.

Great realtor, honest, nice and always available.

Andy was fast to arrange an inspection for us, very knowledgeable about real estate in the area and able to guide us through the pre-auction offer process. We found Andy extremely friendly and professional.

We recently sold our property with Eva from HIVE Property and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Eva was excellent with communication, always keeping us in the loop and staying one step ahead. Her proactive approach and strong work ethic really stood out, and she brought a genuine hustle mentality to getting the best result. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person to deal with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Eva to anyone looking to buy or sell, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again myself.

Eva is easily one of the best agents I’ve ever used to sell my family home! What a jet! Constant communication, always available, professional and always well presented ! A true perfectionist which is what you want from someone who is selling or finding you a home! HIVE marketing and process so smooth too which made the whole experience top notch, there’s a reason they’re the best in Canberra.

Steph was responsive to all my questions, supportive and personable. She is easy to communicate with and supportive our decisions. It made me feel relaxed and supported during the buying process.

Steph was absolutely amazing. She communicated openly and always kept us in the loop with the ins and outs of the sale. She went above and beyond to work with all parties, she knows the market and how to sell a house. Steph was a true professional and secured a brilliant sale with only one open house. We could not have been happier with all that Steph did to assist us.
