My home went to Auction this past Saturday through Marguerite Jensen at Ray White Bella Vista. Not only was I absolutely thrilled with the result, but I felt very comfortable and "in good hands" through the four week campaign. The Market Appraisal was thorough and realistic. We then proceeded to talk about the attributes of the property, and Marguerite suggested some styling to maximise the appeal. I was thrilled with the outcome - the company she suggested completely understood my taste and how I like our home to present. Deadlines were always adhered to in terms of signage, contracts being ready and preparation for the first open home. Our statistics were fantastic and with numbers that high I was so impressed with how Marguerite managed it all. In total, we had 74 groups of people over 12 open homes with 17 contracts sent out and 12 bidders on the day. That's a lot of potential interest to cover and maintain communication with, but Marguerite knew everyone and made sure she kept everyone warm and well informed.
