I dealt with Marguerite when recently buying a house in Rouse Hill. I found her very refreshing to deal with after previously dealing with several other stale & uninspiring agents who seem to struggle to have basic communication and people skills. Marguerite has great communication skills and is very pleasant to deal with along with possessing a decent level of honesty and not making me feel like I'm being taken for a ride or blatantly lied to. It is clear that she is acting in the best interests of the vendor and trying to get them the best possible outcome but she does this in a way that is credible and NOT detrimental to drawing potential buyers in by being arrogant or a "know it all". I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking at listing a property and am confident to say that she WILL work for you and justify her "slice of the cake".
