Great service, we put in an inquiry on the property and that same day we went through the property & put in an offer the following day - Margy & Vanessa were great at getting back to us every step throughout the offer stage. There was a bit of miscommunication with vendor coming to the property at one point to show us how the hydronic heating worked which was a bit of a muck around with signing/exchanging contracts. Which caused the vendor some stress and wanting to go with the other offer, but we were only doing what was advised by our solicitor in making sure everything was in working order before contracts were exchanged.
