We're really pleased with the outcome of the sale. The property was listed just as we headed into lockdown ...and 2 weeks later it was sold for more than we ever expected and just as Maria had predicted. Maria and Lauren were very professional, easy to deal with and very informative. They were both very quick to answer the phone and kept us informed along the way. Our only criticism would be not checking up on the work that the trades had completed and assuming that they had completed the task as requested. There were a few close calls with the trades, but to Lauren's credit she was on top of everything and would resolve the issues we raised very quickly.
