My wife and I recently bought a property listed through Day and Hodgson. From the beginning, they were nothing but polite, respectful, courteous, open, honest and above all, incredibly trustworthy. Throughout the entire campaign, they were very clear on what the owners wanted, which saved lot of time, instead of asking that very irritable question "how much can you afford to spend?" I don't necessarily want to spend how much I can afford! I want to spend what the property is worth! And Tony and Maria were certainly clear in helping establish this. They were also incredibly helpful following the auction when it came to negotiation. A nicer pair of people (not just agents) you are unlikely to meet, and I would have no hesitation using them again.
