That process for me was very well handled by them which was important for me as I suddenly had to leave travelling for work and completely leave it in their hands. They didn't let me down - they helped me with trades to get the property in order, got a good rental price and kept me informed of everything. When it came time to sell, again, I was away and they handled everything for me, recommending a conveyancer and dressing the property up for the market. It was a hot and volatile market so there were some huge differences in potential sale price and what happened on the day but in the end the price received was a good market result. Post sale procedures and payments were all well documented and went off without a hitch. Overall, the trauma of selling my home was as procedurally painless as it could be and working with Maria and Tony was pleasant and personal.
