A great pleasure and luck of course to deal with Maria and Green Cliff staff and to benefit from their outstanding experience

Maria was very helpful in explaining the complexities of the buying process to us. She had lots of lateral ideas to help up make it happen. She was very responsive to our numerous questions, and in providing access to the property for inspections.

Thanks Maria and Paul for your great work selling our home. Whilst we have worked with you in the past, we were nonetheless impressed by the professionalism and knowledge shown throughout the process, and grateful for your responsiveness to any questions we had along the way. We're pleased with the result, and would not hesitate to recommend you to others. John & Becky

Maria & Paul could not do enough to secure our purchase. The follow through, right to settlement, was highly professional. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We live out of Sydney and we're keen to buy a property Maria and Paul have been helpful in our purchase but beyond that have seeked quotes for us in For painting and given there time in organising this for us which we are very greatful

A great agent through whom I have bought and sold multiple times. Nothing is a drama and everything is well planned and organised, making it an easy ride for the vendor. Never had a bad result in my real estate dealings with this agent!

Maria came recommended by a friend who had previsouly bought and sold with her. She worked solidly during the campaign and knew how read the buyer demand to ultimately steer us towards auction, despite early offers. With Maria's help we sold 15% above reserve at auction!

Courteous. Friendly . Very accommodating.

We found Maria to be friendly and responsive without being too pushy. She was professional in her approach and accommodating in our requests for inspections. This was all done with a smile and efficiency.

Maria did a great job and got us a very fast sale

This is my second purchase. I feel so happy to buy a property from Maria. I will suggest my friend to make a purchase with Belle

I not only purchased my apartment through Maria and Paul, they also negotiated the sale of my house in Stanmore. Their knowledge of the market, their skill, and their friendly and professional service was always most impressive. I'm very happy in dealing with Maria and Paul and the whole Belle Annandale team and I do not hesitate in recommending them. Peter
