It was so great to work with Maria on my purchase - extremely responsive and commercial and gave great after-sale tips. Maria made sure I got an answer or solution to all of my questions and requests, even if she didn’t know the answer straight away.

We first met Maria when we bought the apartment in Camperdown 9 years ago, and have kept a relationship with her over that time, getting the property valued and using her company (Belle) as our rental agency. Once time to sell came around, there was no -one else we would use to sell our apartment. She has an intimate knowledge of the area and in particular the city quarter units. Maria also helped arrange our unit to be repainted and styled, the results were stunning. We sold in a tough market and Maria got us the outcome we were after. Maria is personable, professional, on the ball, we have no hesitation to recommend her for your property needs.

Maria knows Camperdown backwards, and understands what is achievable. In a contracting market, she was able to get the best price for my apartment. She also knows when to push on an offer, and when to accept. I highly recommend her.

Exceeded expectations in difficult market circumstances. Couldn't have asked for more. Went above and beyond to get the best outcome

My second property purchase from Maria and the Belle Property Annandale team. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and reliable. Thanks again!

Maria brilliantly guided me on the sale of my apartment from start to finish. She recommend great cleaners, stylists and photographers to get my unit looking amazing and made sure everyone stuck to a strict timetable. It really could not have been easier for me and I was very happy with the result. Paul

Maria provided great service, she is a good communicator, followed up all my queries and was very patient and good humoured throughout the negotiations.

Maria produced a good result in a tough market environment. Her endeavor and communication were well appreciated.

We fell in love with this property when we first saw it and Maria helped us make it our new home. Looking forward to many new memories in the Gantry.

Maria helped us to close the deal on purchasing our new apartment, which had some specific challenges as we needed to negotiate around the sale of our existing home. She worked hard with the vendors to agree all our terms and we were successful in closing the deal pre-auction. We are very much grateful that we were able to secure our new home with Maria.

A totally professional lady with a lovely personality and classy style.

Maria has done a Great Job with US without any difficulty and we appreciate her outstanding Communication and Performance
