This is the second property I have purchased from Maria. She is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. She guided me through the complete purchase process and gave advice where needed. If you are looking to purchase real estate in the inner city or inner west I highly recommend Maria.

Maria was great - process was a complex one and she got a result which is great.

Maria Magrin is a genius. Her awareness of the multiple layers of both buying and selling transactions and what they mean for both sides of the process is astonishing. I write as a vendor but working with Maria has shown me that with wisdom and acuity she takes into account the many elements at play for the purchaser as well. I hope that in my case we found a spot, with Maria’s guidance, that was good for both sides of the transaction. Maria’s ability to balance all these layers at once, feeling out the market at any given moment, making sure the right trades person is available at the right time and place (and cost) while judging, in my case, the capacity of the vendor to deal with each phase of the campaign, gives confidence, clarity and courage. She is always direct, even when what she says may be hard to hear, and, as far as I can tell, always correct.

Caroline has been extremely professional, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. She developed a lovely rapport with me and was helpful in arranging additional inspections and tradespeople. Nothing was a bother.

Belle Pyrmont were superb. Our sales agent Caroline Selka and the property management team were very professional and wonderful to deal with. They looked after everything in tricky circumstance. We are delighted with our agent.

Maria was straightforward and diligent in her approach when selling a property to me. Even though she clearly had her client's best interest at heart she made the experience seamless and fair as a buyer.

Maria, Mia and Karen. Maria, A HUGE THANKYOU to you and your team from my mum and I for doing truly such an amazing job for us over the last couple of months. We are both so very grateful and were immensely impressed by your level of professionalism throughout the entire process across both the rental and sales projects you managed working tirelessly and positively everyday to achieve the best outcomes for us and then doing so with fabulous results on both apartments. Changing goal posts, challenging weather and adjusting to our needs based on the permanent relocation plans overseas you all took it in your stride and made it such an enjoyable process and experience for us. Thankyou again ! You are all clearly valuable assets to Belle Pyrmonts ongoing success. Enjoy the champers ! Regards Gary and Dee 👍

I have found Belle Property, and Maria Magrin in particular, very professional and good to work with. Maria has been prompt in responding to any questions I have raised and very patient throughout. Buying and selling your home is at times a bit stressful but I felt confident with Maria.

Maria is an incredible agent. She is responsive, focussed and dedicated to getting the best result. This being our first sale, I was quite anxious to get a good deal done. Maria and her team made the process a lot easier and I always felt that we were in good hands. We are very happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again and refer her to friends and family.

Maria runs an exceptional process - from the first meeting to the contract signing, everything was run to a very high standard. She gives you total confidence that she can deliver the result you want, is very honest on the market and your property, and keeps you informed throughout every stage of the process via text, email, phone, and written report. Overall we got the result we wanted, and the experience was excellent. Can't recommend highly enough.

Maria was fantastic. From our first meeting where we discussed our property and what we wanted to do regarding selling we felt comfortable. Maria listened and backed this up with a proposal for selling that meant we got the best possible result for our property. We were always kept up to date with a call after each open and a detailed weekly report updating us on the status of prospective buyers. Maria was personable and professional and we knew we were in expert hands and the result achieved was proof of this.

Maria used excellent market knowledge and outstanding communication skills to complement her efforts to secure an optimum result for our property. Maria is very professional, knowledgeable, and in touch with the market, and went constantly above and beyond in terms of the service she provided. Maria is very calm and has a really relaxed natural manner. We unreservedly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and conscientious agent.
