Maria is an excellent agent to deal with; professional, thorough and deligent. She never gave up selling my apartment, always open to discussing sales strategy, finger on the pulse of where the local market was at and always prepared to keep chasing leads in a tricky market. Very satisfied with the whole process and the sales result.

My experience dealing with maria was truly seamless. From the time I first inspected the unit until exchange I found maria to be very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking, go with maria, I am very glad I did.

Maria sold our newly built Camperdown apartments at great prices and in an efficient manner at a very challenging time. She is the utmost professional with outstanding knowledge of the local area. Maria is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Maria is a trustworthy agent who delivers the results that she promises. Our apartment sold at a great price in a timely manner.

Good service. Very Professional.

Absolutely brilliant agent. We could not fault Maria one little bit; she went above and beyond what would have been expected. Would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone in the area. She was the utmost professional at a very challenging time.

I am an 80 year old woman and my experience with agents selling my house was terrible, i felt like i was treated like a child and taken advantage of. When it came to purchasing a new apartment Maria on the other hand couldn't have been more helpful, she went above and beyond at every opportunity and made the process of purchasing a pleasure. She was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how minor, and went out of her way to help me even when my problems had nothing to do with her. Having bought and sold numerous houses over the years Maria stands out as one f the most helpful and professional agents I have dealt with. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Being a first home buyer, I had a number of finance and other hurdles to jump through and Maria made the whole experience so easy. Always responded in a timely way, understanding the urgency in the process and kept communication open in what is a really stressful affair! So generous with her time and knowledge. Really professional and there was no doubt she knew her stuff. Thanks Maria for making this process so easy and for all your help!

I have known Maria for a number of years and during this time I have both been the purchaser and vendor with her as the agent. On both occasions Maria was honest, understanding and very trustworthy. She recently sold my apartment in Sydney during one of the most difficult and uncertain times in the past 100 years due to COVID 19 virus. Despite this Maria was unwavering in her focus and calmly carried on with the listing and sold my apartment not only quickly but for a great price. There are few other agents who could have done this and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism.

Maria was a fantastic agent to deal with. She went above and beyond on a number of occasions and was always on hand to offer advice or deal with one of the multitude of little issues I game up against. I would recommend Maria to anyone who wants an agent who knows what they are doing and is willing to go the extra mile to help her clients.

Maria is an efficient professional as you would expect from an agent who has been selling properties at City Quarter for years and really knows the market. The exceptional thing about her is her generosity, helpfulness and humanity. Nothing is too much trouble.

Maria Magrin is an exceptional real estate agent. This is the second time we have listed with Maria in the last 12 months (she sold an investment property of ours last year) and we are ecstatic about our result at auction last Saturday - our house sold almost $300,000 over the reserve. Throughout the campaign Maria kept us fully informed and marketed our property very, very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Maria as a selling agent and I have already told many people of her high degree of enthusiasm, work ethics and constant feedback to vendors. Well done Maria and Elders Inner West! THANK YOU.
