Maria did an excellent job selling our property, took care of everything along the way, and has gone above what's expected from an agent when she personally cleaned parts of the house that needed attention, pressure washed our pavers so they look more presentable, etc. Most agents would call you or just email you, maybe arrange for a 3rd party service, but it's rare to see one roll up their sleeves and do it themselves! Highly recommended, you will be looked after!
