I have personally sold about half a dozen properties and had decided I'd given up on using an agent a while back as there isn't that much to it. That is still my opinion, unless the agent is Maria. She took a few days of her own holiday time to help paint the inside of the property and made several suggestions as to how to make it more attractive to buyers. She was communicative without being annoying, had my property placed prominently on RealEstate.com.au, and generally went FAR above what I expected in an agent. Maria is probably the only agent I would consider using for future sales.
