This review relates to the sale process managed by Marianne Saboohi of First Meridien. Marianne engaged in a planned and deliberate behaviour with an intention to mislead, misrepresent and deceive potential purchasers about the true worth of the property. Marianne deliberately presented the property in a way to hide the defects, misrepresent the inclusions and was materially different than what was advertised and presented at the time of contract exchange. Given that Marianne systemically, wilfully and blatantly misrepresented the property during the sale process, we have now filed a complaint with NSW Fair Trading with all the documentary proof and evidence relating to Marianne's conduct.

Marianne has great knowledge of property market in the area. She is professional and approachable. We had excellent experience with Marianne through selling our house.
