Marilyn was enthusiastic, informative and professional in the period when Covid19 was evolving. We entered the market to sell in challenging times for all, but Marilyn was never daunted by any community restrictions and the prospect of attempting new marketing strategies, including using technology to promote on line showings; being available at any time to conduct one on one showings and answer any of our concerns. We believe that Marilyn genuinely acted in our, the Vendor's best interest at all times...her experience and calm demeanour was ever present. We had a contract to negotiate within 3-4 weeks of entering the market.
