Buying our first home was such a big life achievement for us and our families. I tried to see the positive in everything because I wanted so badly for this to be the best experience as it’s always been a dream and I hate leaving bad reviews because I understand the effects they have on a business but this was beyond disappointing and I wouldn’t wish anyone else to have this experience, especially as first home buyers. I’ve got so much to mention but here’s a few things that top the list for the most disappointing experience. The house was advertised with a ‘new’ dishwasher. Which was not there on settlement, once we had questioned this we were given an old, mouldy box with an old dishwasher inside that has clearly been sitting in the previous owners backyard. The house was handed over to us with junk in the backyard - a broken trampoline, an old rusty fire pit filled with broken furniture/wood and their rubbish in the garage. The house didn’t have a proper bond clean. They had a ‘family friend’ clean it the morning we moved in and we moved in to find dog hair all throughout the carpets, mould and grime in the bathroom, grime in the oven and stove. Our Agent tried to talk us into buying while there were no fire alarms installed. The list goes on… The main point is they falsely advertised a lot of things, the working agent worked very hard to keep us from seeing some things that we’re still uncovering after a month or so being here and not to mention how disappointed you, Marino, have made us as first home buyers… you didn’t put the ‘sold’ sign on until over 3 weeks that we had already been in. We had to remind you to do it and then you had to find time in your busy schedule to do it for us. Then you made a promise that you would deliver a settlement gift which of course we weren’t surprised when we never got one. Again I was hopeful because I wanted so badly for this to be a great experience, it’s now a month later and you’ve once again let us down.

Amazing person, so helpful and has the ethics to take care of the customers. The process was so and smooth. Always picks the phone when needed.
