Marino gave me a well-refined pitch when I was looking for an agent, but explained things well and was easy to talk with when I asked questions. In a somewhat volatile market he kept a cool head and worked hard to promote my property and engage with potential buyers. There were a couple of points of the process I would have liked more information about, but those were minor compared to Marino's energy, preparation, and good management of the open houses.
