Being a first time home seller me and my husband didn't just have butterflies of excitement but also nerves of steel not knowing what the journey was ahead....till we met Mario Charalambous who was our shining star..as soon as he stepped into our home he made a place in our lives..He made it not just his job but his priority to do everything and anything to make it a pleasant and memorable process. He guided us on how to improve the presentation of our house. He would arrive early at open houses and kept us informed of every step that was happening on a regular basis. We wouldn't have achieved our dreams if it wasn't for Mario's dedication and his experience. Mario Charalambous thank you soo much to help us step by step to make this mission possible.

Faultless service and price! I saw your ads on tv the did some research, spoke to some friends that had used purple bricks to sell their home. I booked in Mario Charalambous and was very impressed from the outset with his honesty and no nonsense approach, he made me feel comfortable and confident that he would do an amazing job to market and sell my home...and that he did and more!! He kept me informed every step of the way and even helped me with the Conveyancer and paperwork, often visiting me with all the information and forms I needed to arrange to sell. My home wasn't an easy one to sell but Mario took it all in his stride and secured a sale at a price more than I would have hoped and what many were prepared to pay.
