Mario assisted us with the sale of our first property and we were drawn to the fact he has extensive experience in the Canterbury-Bankstown district but in general Real Estate and development. He was always professional in his dealings with us as sellers but with buyers also. He was always available for support when we needed him, whether via phone or email and eased us through what could have been a stressful time with patience, calm manner and dedication to his clients. Mario was always consistent in his communications with us and always kept us informed of any development in relation to the sale. He was also honest with us and did not provide us with unrealistic expectations and often kept us in check and happy when we were pushing for a different result (ie. offers made, market stability, etc.) With all of this, we were fortunate to have a great offer made on our house and we are happy with what has come of the experience.
