Mario felt like an old friend from the moment we met him and we felt confident selling our place through him. Every evening he would call me at the same time with a full run down of where we were at with the sale. He has so much knowledge and experience and I found him very down to earth and comforting to deal with in what was a very stressful time for us! Mario had extremely good knowledge of the market and area and appeared to be the top agent for the area we bought in, which gave us a lot of confidence for purchasing our first property. Mario was extremely responsive to calls, emails and was available when we wanted to view the property again. Highly professional and provided excellent advice and opinions

My wife and I dealt with a LOT of agents over our 12 month search to found our home. Looking back, Mario and his team were the best to deal with. A good balance between being down to earth and still being an advocate for their seller, but still being down to earth. If / when we ever sell a property, Mario's team will be on the top of our list.
