Initial communication with Marita in an agent capacity can be attributed to past personal contact unrelated to real estate. To start with we sought information on a property to purchase to downsize from existing residence. Over a period of some 3 months we purchased a property with another agent and this led to Marita developing a marketing plan for our existing residence and in time a full page advertisement in the Mercury guide followed by a feature as the house of the week by Jarred Bevan. She also achieved publicity in the Saturday Mercury insert and the Weekend Australian and finally negotiated a contract of sale that was completed on 3 August 2018. Her attention to our interests covered a period of almost 6 months, it was highly professional and much appreciated.
