In the current fast-paced Hobart housing market, Agents don't really need to work hard or build relationships because the clients snap up housing almost as soon as it hits the market. So after dealing with a number of Agents (predominantly male) who never bothered to understand what I wanted/needed, it was amazing to walk in and find Marita ready to spend the time to listen and help. after showing me a few houses and walking through them with me, she understood what my needs were and showed me a property that had everything l was looking for...location, views, garden. There were a few hiccups along the way but Marita soon smoothed them over easily by going out of her way to solve them...even meeting me at Salamanca after-hours to sign Contract papers. It's what you expect from an Agent, but sadly most I'd come across were not prepared to step outside what was convenient for themselves. Marita has checked in a number of times since my settlement...with genuine interest to make sure everything with the move has worked out.
