The home unit in Bradleys Head Road was advertised by a sign on the front boundary that attracted us immediately, we had known the developer (now deceased) and expected a high quality, well designed residence with good access to all services and quiet convenient access to all views. The guidance on price was well pitched. We inspected the property at the first opportunity and found Marize to be knowledgeable and straightforward in her representations to us and quick in her understanding of our requirements. We had a private viewing with her soon after and made an offer subject to two conditions of a technical nature which was accepted without difficulty due partly to the fact that we had access to finance. The transaction went forward to exchange of contracts after the principal issue (a matter of correcting one aspect of the Strata Plan) was attended to quickly by Marize and the Vendors. The whole transaction was a pleasure for us as the Purchasers, in part because she understood her role and our requirements very well, and because the Vendors quite properly trusted her judgement throughout.
