I first met Marize Bellomo after contacting her to view the property at 4/145 Raglan St Mosman. Due to family commitments, I had to ask Marize if she was able to meet me outside the 'official' viewing times. On each of the three occasions that I met with her, she made herself available no matter what she was doing and was even prepared to get a colleague to take her place at a meeting which (while Marize did not give any information about it) I assumed was very important to her. Even though I was very interested in the property, unfortunately it wasn't suitable for me, however, Marize was able to suggest ways that the property may be enhanced that I had not thought of and I have been in the property market for a considerable time. I believe that Marize is extremely professional, who has integrity and empathy with her clients and will go the extra mile to help both vendor and purchaser get the best results.
