Mark sold our house and helped us to buy another house that he had on his books. We were very happy with the price he got for our house. But we were most unhappy with his poor communication after we'd agreed to the purchase of our new house. In addition, he assured us that problems identified by the building inspection had been rectified. This was after I'd stressed that we'd only sign if those issues were fixed. We discovered, to our considerable cost, that those problems hadn't been fixed. He also told us that, as a community title property, we could do what we liked to the house. This was completely false.

From the start Mark’s approach made Angelique and I feel very comfortable in a situation we have never been before, selling our first home. Mark’s experience in the Market is exceptional. Great guy, who knows his business. Made the whole experience of selling as relaxed as possible. Mark was always approachable and we believe he worked for us.

Met up with Mark initially to establish a no nonsense saleable price which my wife and I had figured was a range of $640-660k after meeting with Mark he advised that his valuation was $680- 700k given his previous sales and knowledge in the area. Obviously the final price of $640k fell short of this. Which was a little less satisfying as an outcome. Mark and assistant Son Lee were very professional during the process. Overall we were ok with the result.
