let people into a property without our consent during settlement (according to the purchaser he even handed over the key during this period). On another property we were selling at the same time we were told there was an offer made prior to the auction. When we went in to meet a few days before the auction we were told there were another two offers which we hadn't bothered telling us about. We then asked to negotiate and that we wanted a particular price he then went and told them we wanted $30,000 more than we said and scared them all away. After talking with other agents we chose Mark to sell our house because he is very personable and genuine. After he gave us a brief rundown on himself and Ray White real estate , it was all about us & how he could help us sell our house for maximum price without spending too much on unnecessary advertising (he didn't go on and on about how many awards he or the business had won). Mark was aware of our circumstances and was very understanding and worked with us keeping in contact and fitting in as many opens as possible before the Auction . He also recommended a company called Sharpen Up Property Services to dress up the interior our home for a reasonable price , again with out any fuss . they were very efficient, helpful and did a fabulous job on presentation working with our furniture and theirs . i would recommend Mark to anyone who was thinking of selling a house and when time comes for me to buy a house i will be contacting Mark first !

Mark recently sold my unit for me. He was fantastic. He always kept me up to date with the progress of the sale of my property. He went above and beyond in his role working around my shift work to have openings and also dealt with the strata to find out information for potential purchasers rather than me having to do it which I really appreciated.
