I found Mark both professional and hard working. He starts early and finishes late. Returns phone calls and gets the job done.

Mark quoted $350000 for the sale of our property but it was sold for $319000. His agency held regular open house and communicated weekly with us. He did chase the buyer and get them to increase their offer to secure us a sale. Possibly picked the wrong time to sell when the market was deflated. His gift voucher after the sale was a lovely gesture. He was much more proactive then the original agency we had our home listed with.
