Firstly the property was listed through Mark however we dealt with Stuart and Sinead and we never even met Mark in the process. During inspections we were told there was nothing like this property in this price bracket however we had viewed several in the week prior. Our first offer was met with some disdain and nearly put us off the property. It took another week once our buying offer was verbally accepted to get the signed contract from the agent. Had a couple of issues during the settlement, Remax put the wrong title number on the contract which very nearly held up our finance, and we were given a time to pick up keys only to be told when we arrived that they couldn't give us the keys for another 2.5 hours. However, we were given a lovely basket of goodies upon settlement, as well as a dinner at a nice local restaurant. As this was only our second property purchase perhaps we should have know to check on some of the above, but you live and learn. We would deal with Remax Ultimate again, but be more cautious as to the details of the transaction.

Dam! I have got to sell my house, my pride and joy , my life and blood and my biggest money outlay. Who do I trust with this job? This was the problem I had to face when my wife and I decided to sell our family home.
