Initially there was an acceptance of the initial asking price he has set. While this person loved this wilderness just 10 km inland, their practicality was lacking, and family talked them out of it. Hundreds of keen viewers were then similarly deterred, even when asking price was reduced. After 6 months just one family came back to walk it again, then did their due diligence with local council to find that very limited development would be permitted. An offer was requested and a much lower price had to be accepted, with the market then expected to tank, which it subsequently did. It was the genuiness of the buyer that impressed the agent and subsequently the vendor that ensured that the sale was eventually completed.
