We would like to thank Mark for the quick and efficient sale of our Waterloo apartment for a price we are very happy with. We were introduced to Mark through a friend after we had initially met with a number of other real estate agents. From the initial meeting, we were impressed by his professionalism, market knowledge, strategy for the sale of our property and decided very quickly after that meeting that he was the right agent to sell our property. As the apartment had been leased out for over ten years, Mark suggested we get it refurbished including repainting the walls, new carpet and new light fittings as well as get it professionally styled, and he was able to assist with this using his strong network of tradespeople. He scheduled and co-ordinated all the works from start to finish, and did all this within a week of the tenants moving out so we could get the property on the market as soon as possible. We were really impressed with the whole process and final result – the apartment looked great and we achieved a sale just 6 days after the first open home inspection! We would highly recommend Mark to any potential seller in the area. He was very friendly, open and communicative, and kept us updated all the time. He was a pleasure to work with and always happy to go the extra step to make the sale process as easy as possible, while trying to achieve the best outcome.
