Being located overseas, this faced challenges with time and distance in order to get this sale complete. This sale was particular more challenging than a regular sale, not only for my location but also not being there to co-ordinate dressing and presentation of the apartment. I needed someone reliable to handle my affairs and Mark was great at communicating his knowledge of the area and the current sale landscape that we were selling my property in. His ongoing updates after each open and when we had potential buyers who were making offers his communication was clear and made me feel very comfortable with the process.
