We inspected the property a number of times pre-auction and Mark provided great advice on the sale process as it was not a typical vendor sale. He helped secure our critical contract clarifications prior to the auction and then guided us through the auction and exchange process. I’ve known Mark Dawes for a number of years , not personally , and even though I had never purchased a property from him , I knew of his reputation through other people on the industry and friends who purchased or sold through him.
