Due to the "rental" section of Barry plant NOT representing us at all with regards to a dispute with our final tenant we had NO intention whatsoever of using BP. And I cannot recommend the Rental side of the business. BUT. if you are selling, the agencies all offer about the same kind of service with regard to listing, promoting, advertising, open houses etc etc.. I went and watched the preferred agents at their actual auctions to help with the selection and Mark was the best AUCTIONEER hands down. On the day this is what really counts!!!!

Beside being professional in his job, Mark has made the entire process of selling our property easy and pleasant for us as the first time vendor. We appreciate that Mark has arranged the marketing campaign according to our needs without exceeding our budget and yet achieving the purpose.
