Mark was easygoing and even easier to communicate with us during the purchase, nothing was an issue and he was accommodating to our schedules when contracts were being signed. I don't know who Mark Dietz is but my agent was Rob McGregor and I found him to be very good and exceptionally polite and helpful and even helped me a bit to get the deal over the line. He kept me up to date as soon as possible on open houses and inspections. Down to earth good guy. He went above and beyond his job title for me on occasions and was a lifesaver so to speak. Highly recommended.
