As the second real estate agent I used to sell the property. The first had no idea. Michael updated me weekly over the period of the property being listed. He found a lot of buyers and successful got more than he estimated. When we asked for changes - he was highly accommodating. Don't use anyone else in Toowoomba - trust me I have used a few and Michael is outstanding!
