An exceptional experience

Mark is an outstanding agent and an even better human being. We had the pleasure of selling our house through Mark and boy did he deliver. Mark's communication and attention to detail is incredible - we were always kept up to date and informed. He always did what he said he would. Open. Transparent and trustworthy. We were always made to feel valued and our home respected and he really works so incredibly hard for his clients. To be honest he made us feel like we were his only clients ( except he had heaps!). He was able to deliver a new Peel village record ( which he previously held) and he always maintained the value of our home. We truly appreciated that and that he worked so hard for us, and our family. He was able to deliver us the price we wanted (unlike another agent in town) and it only took him 5 days on the market to deliver! A true professional! One thing we really valued about Mark was we could tell he really got to know potential buyers - he knew where they were, their situation, their timeframes, their needs and he was able to communicate all that to us and helped us get a better idea of where people were at. He truly values the people in the process and that's what made our experience so wonderful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone and everyone. We would never use another agent.
