We enlisted Mark to sell our property after consulting some other agents in Bathurst as well. Mark was honest, and to the point, he was able to quickly point out the positive aspects of the property and was able to describe the profile of who he thought our buyer may be. He was able to provide an accurate appraisal that was very much in line with our own thoughts, and he was able to achieve that result in under 2 weeks on market.
