He has been very helpful in preparing us for the sale of our property and we have been impressed with the advertising he prepared and his friendly assistance throughout . Although our place has taken some time to sell, he has persevered with us and has been confident that the right buyer would come along. He has been very open with communication and flexible to our needs and expectations. When the buyer came, he acted promptly and very professionally in negotiating the deal and walking us through.
