Level of communication was below what we expected prior to sale but process went like clockwork. We expected greater interest from interstate but maybe that was the market. Open inspection and offers by .... worked well. Sale within 3 weeks was excellent as was inclusion of most furniture in the sale and settlement terms suited perfectly.
