His recommended price range was extremely accurate and his marketing suggestions were valued by us. The brochures and property description that he produced and the photographs selected for the Internet and sign board were spot on and really helped with our sale. We only needed two open inspections. Mark and his wife Sam were extremely professional at the opens and we were kept informed on a regular basis. The overall Harcourt's experience could not be faulted.
