Mark Griffiths exceeded my expectations. I appreciated his direct manner and the sound advice he offered about strategy and advertising options. He was sensible about pricing options and sensitive to my priorities as a vendor. Importantly Mark kept me appraised of development at each stage if the process. His assessments were frank. I believe he did an excellent job in the final negotiations with the purchaser which secured a sale price which was above my higher end price. Overall I found Mark to be hard working unpretentious and sensible. I would recommend him to another vendor and have already done so.
