Mark gave us a realistic selling price, he went over and above his role, turning up with a leaf blower to tidy the front yard and looking after our dog before and after the home open. The house sold within the time we had hoped to sell and all went very smoothly. Thank you for a professional job. Extremely satisfied customers.
It was a pleasure dealing with Mark to purchase our block of land. He was very professional, helpful and able to answer all of our questions.
Dealing with Mark was the most simply and pleasing process I’ve ever experienced within the real estate market. From initial meeting to discuss selling our property, to the actual settlement. Mark made it seamless and always made first contact to advise us of the status. Much more than I expected, but as much as we needed. I highly, and I thoroughly recommend if you are selling or buying to at least contact Mark. I could not fault his professional attitude and dealings with him. Nothing false, nothing pretentious, and nothing but applause for his service he gave to us. First class ✔️
Mark was representing the seller, but as the buyer we found Mark to be helpful and always available throughout the process helping to get us into our new home.
From the time that we contacted Mark to give us an appraisal on our property, we were very happy with the way he approached marketing and selling our house. He sold the property within 10 days and got us the price we were hoping for. I would recommend Mark Grljusich as the ideal Real Estate agent who will go the extra yard to make your property, the best it can be.
Mark is realistic, honest and timely. Qualities not often delivered in realestate. Highly recommend.
Mark recently sold us our new house and provided excellent service to us. He was always friendly and approachable, and communicated quickly and effectively. Everything went very smoothly and we settled in a very timely manner.
Mark is very knowledgeable on the area, gave the recommendations on what we should do to improve the chances of our sale but was all within reason. House listed following day from signing paperwork, home open a day later and offer the day after the home open. Mark is a great communicator and was quick to action what he said he would. Thanks Mark, will certainly come back to you.
Mark was a great agent from start to finish extremely professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process of the sale of my apartment. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for a agent.
Mark made the whole process of buying our home very smooth from right from first viewing all the way through to settlement. Kept open communication and was overall super helpful. Would certainly recommend Mark and the Team.
