Have been dealing with mark for 15 years or so. In this case, I called him on a Wednesday when he was on HOLIDAYS. He hit the ground running on Monday, by Thursday, FOR SALE sign was up, and all other advertising methods all in place. Home Open Saturday, house sold Tuesday/ Wednesday the next week (5 days1) at the top of our price expectation. Organised our Settlement Agent, which went very well with no dramas at al (Settlement Talk), awesome. Had some rather big electrical and roof leak issues late in the settlement period, to which Mark organised tradies pretty much overnight with work quoted and completed before a rapidly looming Settlement Date. Settlement went thru on time without hassle. Very, very satisfied Sellers. Mark, as he has before for us acts "Above the call of Duty", doing things to make sure Settlement happen as planned. He is a man who rolls his sleeve up and gets down and dirty to make a result happen.
