We had a few agents come and see our property before putting it on the market and chose Mark due to his great credentials (hard to ignore all those awards), his warm and friendly manner, enthusiasm for our house, caring approach (rather than coming off sales-y), and confidence in getting us our ideal price. Mark gave us great advice on what to work on before putting the house on the market. Once ready he walked us through the ins and outs of listing with him and was able to book a photographer within days at our ideal time. He had the listing up super promptly and wrote an amazing description which really highlighted the best features of our home. By the first (and only) home open 4 days later he had generated great interest and brought us two amazing offers that were spot on for what he predicted we would get. Within 6 days of being on the market we had accepted an offer. Mark and his team provided great support through the offer and acceptance, finance and settlement process. Tracey kept us updated at every step and Calvin, Mark's assistant, was an absolute gem. They all went above and beyond what was asked of them, and Calvin even helped us get a piano removalist at the last minute when two other companies fell through (literally a lifesaver as it meant we got out on the day of settlement). What we liked most about Mark was his ability to see the potential and what we loved about our home. It really felt like he cared about our house and could see its worth. His first meeting with us was all about how to bring out the house's best features, rather than talking us through packaging and pricing for his services.
