Mark was good at setting us at ease with our first house sale especially since we found it difficult having lived there so long. His understanding of the market and meshing that with our situation, his patience and flexibility were all tremendous assets. He strove to help us at all times which I understand must be difficult when trying to balance that with equally assisting the buyer. We are very happy with the outcome and the rapidity of the process. Being that the market has been very active Mark found himself having to move between many clients which did understandably slow some of his responses to our communications but he was apologetic and did get back to us on each occasion.
