Mark started the sale process in December 2021. The process was quick and professionally done. Mark held approximately 6 open days, and gave me great feedback on numbers and levels of interest. Mark on a few times let prospective buyers view the property on more that one occasion, this was not an inconvenience to me. Mark was very proactive in studying the complex Strata documentation and providing assistance to buyers. The property sold quickly and I would recommend and use Mark's services in the future.
