I was selling an interstate property and my positive experience started with Mark conducting an inspection along with a couple other agents. One agent only saw negatives with the property and seemed uninterested, another didn't even bother to inspect and have a limited assessment meanwhile Mark saw positive, suggested marketing strategies and points of interest with my property from the get go. Once I engaged Mark, his motivation and advice continued. Although I had done my own research and my anticipated sale price was about the same at Mark's assessment, he managed the prospective purchasers with a very quick and positive outcome, 10 days online, 1 open and more than $15000 above both our anticipated sale price with a settlement date convenient to me. I have had very good experience with Upside real estate. I appreciated my agent Mark Higgs who helped me to get the inspection report done to prepare for the house for sell. He always kept me informed promptly for the open house and progress of the buyer. Such as the buyer was discussing with his solicitor, buyer had conditional approval from bank, buyer’s bank booked the property valuation, Property valuation went well, buyer had unconditional approval from bank, buyer had pre exchange inspection and buyer paid deposit. Through bushfires and COVID it was a bumpy ride, however Marks communication was great and he was always very good with keeping us updated and pushed hard to eventually get the sale through.
